If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would it be, why, and what would you name it?

I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving! I did, I suppose. My neighbors came over to join us for dinner, and they annoy me. They really have no reason to annoy me, they never did anything to me. But I just get annoyed and really stressed out by them. And I don't even know why. The female half calls my mom "Momma" which disturbs me because she is MY momma, and not hers. But why should I care? If she wants to call her Momma, go for it. BUT IT SHOULDN'T ANNOY ME, GAUL DANGIT. Sorry.

And, I forgot to push record on Wednesday for Lost, and I called my mom but she wasn't home, so she couldn't either, so I missed it. And all the things happened that I was waiting to happen. Like the husbands who were seperated from their wives reuniting, Shannon being shot. YES. It all happened. Augh. Oh well. OH. And to top it off, I have an aching headache and an infection, which I will not give details on whatsoever. People were being rude to me in English all week in school. Just.. Augh. BLECHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

This is not my day. Or, rather, week.

A smile is a universal expression of happiness and is recognized as such by all cultures. Smiling releases endorfments that make us feel better.. Even faking a smile makes you feel better. Some people do not realize that a simple smile or hello can brighten someone's day. I was walking around with my good friend today and we walked on main street sticking up fliers and some of the people in the stores were just so smiley (sadly, none of them were Dave) and happy that I couldn't help but smile. One man, Matt (he owns a computer store on Howard), greeted us with "Sup?" and I couldn't help but laugh... uncontrollably. Yes, that's me for ya. He simply said "Sorry, I'm crazy." I replied with "I know" because I had recognized the guy from a midnight showing of Spiderman 2 (it's a long story).. We talked about that for awhile and I don't think he realized how that brightened my day. Happy, funny people brighten my day more than they think (if they think anything of it in the first place). So, even if you're feeling down, try to smile (even if you fake it, like I said before.. It'll eventually make you feel better!!), you don't know who's day you'll brighten (some people may not get through the day until they see that smile). So, stay happy, stay healthy, get out there, and SMILE!!!!!

Don't you just sometimes wish you had Almighty power just to zap people whenever you want to? But since none of us have that power, we can use other resources.

hated?

As all of you know, I'm a slacker. I slack off. Yes. The past two months, I have been working with the school play for the past few months (you should go see it), and last month we got advertisement posters to post everywhere. I got one for my locker, and slacked off to putting it up until today. So, I put it on the outside of my locker proudly, then quickly went upstairs to get help with my algebra, only to come down finding it ripped up with holes in it about 10 feet away from my locker. Sad. I didn't think people hated me enough to do that. And yes, I have a suspect as to who did it. Idiots.

Remember, the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!

Holy cow! The oompa loompa is Droopy McCool!

Satan has been testing my patience lately. Like two seconds ago, for instance. I wrote this entire post, went to do spell check, and the entire thing got deleted. Augh.
These past few weeks have been fairly large bumps in the road. I've been rude, conceited, disrespectful, impatient, annoying, frustrated.. Not to mention my kind actions being sparse. The list goes on! Thus, my end-of-year resolution. I have told myself if I better myself by the end of 2005, I will buy myself a gifty (hopefully Hillsong United, but I'm not 100% sure that I will accomplish it), assuming that I will better myself. You see, I must teach myself not to get annoyed over little things, once that is acheived, I will be closer to being a more patient person, and once I am patient, I won't be rude, conceited, disrespectful, and the remainder of the list as much as before (no one is perfect). So, my fellow reader, pray that God will give me the strength to accomplish this to make myself a better person and most definitely a better friend. I hope.

school prayer

Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.

If Scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.
And anytime my head I bow
Becomes a Federal matter now.

Our hair can be purple, orange or green,
That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.
The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.

For praying in a public hall
Might offend someone with no faith at all
In silence alone we must meditate,
God's name is prohibited by the state.

We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.
They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.

We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.
It's "inappropriate" to teach right from wrong,
We're taught that such "judgments" do not belong.

We can get our condoms and birth controls,
Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.
But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
No word of God must reach this crowd.

It's scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school's a mess.
So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot; My soul please take!
Amen

(on saturday)

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY, JASON!!!
(and..I know you'll never read this, but)
HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY, SEAN!!!

Well, Amber came home this weekend! It was great fun. We went to the NK Game then went to the Willy's for pizza afterwards, and we met a kid named Kyle from NK, he's really nice. On the way home, Amber and I bought soup for Mark and Kari cuz they were both sick (and now alot of poeple in the youth group are sick because germs spread quickly) and we chatted for a short while then left. On Sunday, I played on worship team and after the 2nd service, some of us went to McDonald's. Following McDonald's, a few of us went to Jason's for a while (I can't even remember why.. Jason had to get something at his house or something.. it doesn't matter. CONTINUING) and then we went to Wal-Mart, did stuff there, saw a singing deer.. Jason and I went to the Reini's so he could drop something off, then Jenni and I went to my house hoping that my mom could bring us to cell groups (she said she would) then when we got there, she complained so we had to have the Colonel and the Blonde bring us (sorry). Cell groups was interesting. Blah blah blah.. We had pizza.. Then we had the ride out to the Drewlow's for the HAYRIDE. Muahaha, now the interesting half of the post!
At the farm, there were two trailers pulling hay behind the tractor, a calm and a rowdy one. I went on the calm one, then knocked some sense into myself and went on the rowdy one. I had about 6 people on top of me wrestling each other numerous times, and they didn't know I was under there. Someone pulled me up every time. Half way through the ride, more than half of the rowdy was now on the calm, more room to tackle. Yessssssssss. Siiiiiiiii. I was talking to Amber, I believe, when Luke comes up and shoves hay in my face and tackles me and continues shoving it in my face, mouth, and hair. I escaped then later did it in return, to him and to everyone else who was left.. Except Kranny. I was pushed off once, but we weren't moving, so I wasn't injured. Yeah. I got to see lots of my buds who went away to college this week. Craig, Ruth, Deanne, Thomas, and AMBER! So it was a good weekend. Yeah. It was.
